Xicala Wine Bar EVERY OTHER TUESDAY at 151B Elizabeth St (just South of Kenmare) a weekly event with various artists. Next show Feb 9th with guitarist Basilio Georges and singer/dancer La Aurora Reyes and then on Feb 23rd we are featuring guitarist Carlos Revollar and singer/dancer Olyda La Cubana. Even Newer class Forming! Starts January 5th, 2010, Tuesdays from 6:30-7:30. This unique class is for Adult beginners and Child & Parent Duos! (Children 8-12 yrs old, should have some dance training) Adult basics pay $20.00 per class, Parent/Child duos pay only $25.00 per class. This will be a six week trial session up until Dec 15th

Flamenco Boot Camp! will be back starting April 2010, watch for updates here!! Tuesday evenings 6:30 to 7:30. Intermediate level at Rod Rodgers Dance Studios, 62 E 4th St. Classes are $20.00 each. This class will focus on exercises that strengthen the body for flamenco (bring sweat pants!),also drilling footwork and palmas to gain ease and expertise for all levels of skill.

ON THE LOWER EAST SIDE Maya teaches Flamenco to all levels of children and teens 4-16 yrs old! Mondays and Wednesdays after school starting Mon Sept 14th at Rod Rodgers Dance Studios, 62 East 4th St, call 917-254-9808 for more details. Mondays will be Intermediate dancers 3:30-4:30 Wednesdays are Advanced Beginners from 3:30-4:30pm and Beginners from 4:30-5:30. Classes are $20.00 each, performances every Spring!
